Cancellations/ Refund Policy

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Your appointments are reserved especially for you and are of importance to us at Aligned Soul Healing. Therefore, should a cancellation or rescheduling of appointments be required we respectively request at least 24-hour notice before your scheduled appointment time.

 

Please understand that appointment times are limited. When you forget, miss, cancel or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Any missed appointment, late cancelled, or changed without 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

 

Refund Policy

There is no refund of full payments or deposits made for services or packages, but the amount paid may be used within the calendar year towards a future service.
